If you possess a voucher that you no longer desire, and after exploring our extensive array of experiences find nothing suitable, you’ll need to return the voucher to the original retail location. Please bring along the gift receipt to initiate a refund request.

Each retailer has its own set of refund policies and conditions, so we cannot guarantee that your refund will be approved.

Eligibility for Refunds

We extend a 30-day return policy for vouchers purchased directly from our website. If you’ve surpassed this period, fret not. Our vouchers are highly flexible, allowing you to select an alternative experience from our comprehensive offerings.

Please be advised that we cannot refund any postage or packaging fees.

Refunds for Vouchers Older Than 30 Days

If your voucher was purchased more than 30 days ago, we regret to inform you that we cannot issue a refund as per our terms and conditions. However, you can still browse our full range of experiences and select an experience that aligns with your interests, up until the voucher’s expiry date.

Refunds Within 30 Days of Purchase

We can provide full refunds for unused vouchers to the original purchaser within 30 days of the transaction. To discuss a refund, the original purchaser should reach out to us.
