Delivery of our flower gifts via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or an equivalent service is £3.49. For £5.99, you can opt for courier delivery which ensures delivery on your specified day.
Is same-day delivery possible?
We do not offer same-day delivery for any items. Our dispatch method includes first-class post or overnight courier.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Deliveries occur between 8am and 6pm, and during busy periods, they may be outside these hours.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not home for Royal Mail deliveries, a card with collection or redelivery details is left. For courier deliveries via DPD, a QR code is emailed for parcel collection at a local pick-up shop.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
We deliver to hospitals, but check if the hospital accepts fresh flowers. Deliveries are typically made to the hospital’s mailing room.
How are gifts delivered?
